By accessing and using the services of CncSonic, including our website, consultancy, and engineering integrations, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
CncSonic provides high-end Fanuc CNC retrofitting, robotic automation integration, and technical consultancy. All engineering timelines, performance guarantees, and project deliverables are subject to individual Master Service Agreements (MSA) signed prior to project initiation.
While we adhere to the strictest formal engineering standards, CncSonic's liability for operational downtime, data loss, or indirect damages is strictly limited. New Fanuc components carry standard manufacturer warranties. Retrofit labor and custom automation cells carry a limited warranty defined in your specific contract.
All custom software, PLC logic, digital twin models, and engineering blueprints developed by CncSonic remain the intellectual property of CncSonic until full payment is received and specific IP transfer agreements are executed.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts located in our operating region.
